Order Cancellation

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch.

This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.

Returns

If the item/s you receive are not the ones you ordered or are damaged please email the following details to: support@wallsloveart.co.uk

Your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.

Please send your request within 14 days of receiving your item/s.

If the item/s you ordered arrived in good condition but they are no longer required and you wish to cancel your order please email the following details to: support@wallsloveart.co.uk

To return your goods please pack them in the original packaging and include the completed Returns Form, which you will find on the back of the Packing List, included with your order.

We recommend that you return your item/s using a proof of postal services that can be tracked online.

Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the item/s.

A deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied may be made, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

We will make refunds without undue delay, and not later than - (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
